Website Privacy Policy
Feidy Chiropractic Clinic (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates www.feidychiropractic.com (the “Site”). This policy explains what information the Site collects, how we use it, which outside services are involved, and the choices you have.
Your health information is also protected by HIPAA. Information you give us as a patient, including anything you enter in our online intake forms, is protected health information. Our Notice of Privacy Practices explains how we use and protect it. If this policy and that Notice disagree about your health information, the Notice controls.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Appointment requests. When you use our online scheduler, we collect your name, phone number, email address, the date and time you want, and any notes you add about why you are visiting.
- Patient intake forms. Our online intake form asks for contact and demographic details, insurance information, health history, current symptoms, and similar information we need to care for you.
- Phone calls and messages. We collect whatever you share when you call, fax, or otherwise contact us.
Information collected automatically
- Server logs. Our hosting provider records basic technical information whenever a page loads, such as your IP address, browser type, the page you asked for, the referring page, and the time. We use these logs only to run, secure, and troubleshoot the Site.
- Third-party services. Some features of the Site are provided by other companies. Those companies may collect information directly from your browser, as described in Section 3.
We do not use analytics, advertising, or social media tracking tools (such as tracking pixels) on the Site.
2. How we use information
- To schedule, confirm, and remind you about appointments
- To prepare for your visit and provide your care
- To verify insurance and handle billing
- To answer your questions and requests
- To keep the Site running and secure, and to prevent fraud or misuse
- To comply with the law
If you give us your phone number or email address, we may use it to contact you about your appointments and care. You can ask us at any time to stop non-essential messages.
3. Third-party services used on this Site
The Site loads content from the services below. When your browser connects to them, they may receive your IP address and device information and may set cookies or similar technologies under their own privacy policies.
| Service | What it does on our Site | Privacy policy |

| Google Fonts (Google LLC) | Provides the typeface used on the Site. Your browser asks Google’s servers for the font files. | Google Fonts Privacy FAQ |
| ReviewWave | Runs our online appointment scheduler and patient intake forms and displays patient reviews. Information you submit through these tools is processed by ReviewWave for us. | ReviewWave |
| Tailwind CSS CDN | Delivers code that styles the Site’s pages. | Tailwind CSS |

Links to “Get Directions” or to our Google reviews take you to Google’s website, where Google’s own terms and privacy policy apply.
4. Cookie Policy
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies include local storage and pixels.
- Our own cookies: The Site’s own code does not set cookies and does not use them to track you.
- Third-party cookies: The embedded Google Map and the ReviewWave scheduler, intake form, and review tools may set cookies or use local storage so they work properly, remember settings, and keep things secure. Google may also use cookies as described in its own policies.
Managing cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block third-party cookies, the map, scheduler, or intake form may not work. You can always book an appointment or get your forms by calling us at (770) 977-9200.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising, so there is nothing for these browser signals to switch off on our Site. Third-party services may respond to these signals under their own policies.
5. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for targeted advertising. We share information only:

- When the law requires it, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of our patients, staff, or others
- With your permission
6. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information. The Site is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. No method of sending or storing data is completely secure, though. Please do not send detailed health information by regular email or text message. Use our intake form, call us, or bring it to your appointment instead.
7. How long we keep information
We keep patient records for as long as Georgia law and professional rules require. We keep other information only as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy, or as long as the law requires.
8. Children
The Site is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13.
